After much anticipation, the federal government has announced the details of its new $688 million “Home Builder” scheme which will fund grants worth $25,000 for home builds up to the value of $750,000 between June and the end of December 2020 for eligible participants.
This means that if you purchase a house and land package at Quay2 before December 31st 2020, provided you meet the criteria as set out by the government, you may be eligible to receive a $25,000 grant towards your new home in our thriving community. And, if you are a first home buyer, then you may be eligible to receive a grant for up to $45,000 if the First Home Buyers Grant is applied too !
